摘要
为了解精益生产方式下多能工的作业疲劳状况并提出改善方案,本研究以无锡市某大型外资企业K公司为例,随机抽取150名多能工和150名单能工,运用《劳动与作业时间调查表》、《自觉症状调查表》、《疲劳部位调查表》等量表,对员工的疲劳状况进行调查,并对作业疲劳影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果发现,疲劳感随工作时间的变化均呈递增趋势,同一时间点多能工疲劳感强于单能工,疲劳部位集中于躯干部位及上下肢,对多能工作业疲劳影响较大的因素有个人所得福利、作业姿势、程序化作业。研究表明,多能工运用不当会加重作业者的作业疲劳,预防多能工作业疲劳要多方面综合考虑。
To learn the work fatigue conditions of Multi-functional Employees under lean production and propose the improving plan, this article took a large foreign capital enterprise K company of Wuxi for example, selected 150 Multi-functional Employees and 150 general workers randomly, then did research on the fatigue conditions of workers with the relatives scales, such as "Labor and Working Time Questionnaire", "Subjective Fatigue Symptoms Questionnaire" and "Fatigue Parts Questionnaire", and then did multiple linear regression analysis of the influence factors of work fatigue. The results showed that the feeling of fatigue increased with time, multi-functional employees were more tired than general workers at the same time point, the fatigue parts mainly focused on torso and limbs, the factors that influenced the multi-functional employees" work fatigue seriously included corporate welfare, work posture and operating procedures. Improper use of multi-functional employees would aggravate the work fatigue, and precautions were needed in many aspects.
