C-反应蛋白肺炎支原体联合检测对小儿呼吸道感染的诊断价值分析

Value Analysis of C-reactive Protein Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Joint Detection to the Diagnosis of Infantile Respiratory Tract Infection

目的客观评价C-反应蛋白肺炎支原体联合检测对小儿呼吸道感染的诊断价值,进一步研究提升患儿诊断精准性的方法。方法采取随机法选择本院2013年1月~2015年10月接收的100例呼吸道感染患儿（实验组）,同期选择100名健康儿童（对照组）作对照,都接受C-反应蛋白肺炎支原体联合检测。结果研究中,实验组有27例肺炎支原体结果是阳性,对照组中未出现C-反应蛋白结果阳性的儿童（P〈0.05）。结论在小儿呼吸道感染诊断中选择C-反应蛋白肺炎支原体联合检测意义重大。

Objective To objectively evaluate the C- reactive protein mycoplasma pneumoniae joint detection value to the diagnosis of infantile respiratory tract infection,further study on ascending children with the method in the diagnosis of precision. Methods From January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital,received 100 cases of children with respiratory tract infection（experimental group）,at the same time choose to 100 healthy children（control group） to contrast,accept C-reactive protein mycoplasma pneumoniae joint detection. Results In the study,the experimental group 27 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae result is positive,the control group did not appear in the C-reactive protein positive results of children（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In children with respiratory tract infection in the diagnosis of option C-reactive protein mycoplasma pneumoniae joint detection is of great significance.
