超声弹性成像技术实时引导前列腺活检应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像技术实时引导前列腺活检的应用价值。方法对2013年4月~2015年1月我院收治的134例行前列腺活检检查的患者,随机分为两组每组有67例患者。观察组患者行超声弹性成像技术,对照组患者行常规直肠超声引导,比较两组患者的检出率。结果 134例前列腺癌疑似患者经检查后,检查结果显示:超声弹性成像技术的检出率高于常规直肠超声的检出率,两者差异有统计学意义,即P〈0.05。结论超声弹性成像技术实时引导前列腺活检具有创伤口小、操作简便、经济适用等优点,有较高的前列腺癌检出率,适用于前列腺癌的早期筛查。 Objective To explore the technique of ultrasound elastography application value of real-time guided prostate biopsy. Methods From April 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital 134 patients who underwent prostate biopsy,each set of 67 patients were randomly divided into two groups. study group patients underwent ultrasound elastography and patients in the control group received routine Rectal Ultrasound,comparing the detection rate of the two groups patients. Results 134 patients with suspected prostate cancer after inspection,inspection results display: ultrasound elastography technical detection rate was higher than that of conventional detection rate of transrectal ultrasound,there was a significant difference,namely,P〈0.05.Conclusion Ultrasound elastography live-guided prostate biopsy has hurt small,easy to operate and economical advantages,have a higher rate of prostate cancer,suitable for early screening for prostate cancer.
