无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭效果分析

The Evaluation of Non-invasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Combined with Respiratory Failure

目的观察无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法随机将我院收治的128例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者平均分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组有效率、Pa CO2、Pa O2等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭效果理想。

Objective To investigate effects of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure. Methods We averaged 90 patients into two groups. The control group used conventional treatment,and observation group used non-invasive ventilation,comparing effect of two groups. Results The effective rate,PaCO_2,PaO_2 were better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure is ideal.
