精索静脉曲张应用腹腔镜和开放手术治疗的效果研究

Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery in Varicocele

目的对研究精索静脉曲张应用腹腔镜和开放手术治疗的效果。方法将2013年2月~2015年5月到院治疗的90例精索静脉曲张患者分成开放组与腹腔镜组,各45例,开放组患者采取开放手术治疗,腹腔镜组患者采取腹腔镜手术治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗情况。结果两组在症状改善率和精液质量上无统计学差异,即P〉0.05。与开放组相比,腹腔镜组手术时间和住院时间短,出血量少,止痛药物使用率低,有统计学差异,即P〈0.05。结论和开放手术相比较,应用腹腔镜手术治疗精索静脉曲张,效果更为显著,在条件允许的情况下可优先选用该手术,以确保手术效果。

Objective To study the varicocele laparoscopic and open surgical therapy. Methods From February 2013 to May 2015,90 cases of patients were divided into open group and laparoscopic group,45 cases in each group,open group were treated with open operation,laparoscopic group were treated by laparoscopic surgery,compared with two groups of patients. Results There was no significant difference in symptom improvement rate and semen quality,namely P〉0.05. Compared with the open group,laparoscopic operative time and shorter hospital stay,less blood loss,pain medication use is low,significant differences,namely P〈0.05. Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic surgery for varicocele,the effect is more significant,under the conditions permit may be preferred that the surgery to ensure the outcome.
