摘要
目的分析在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性消化性溃疡治疗中四联疗法的应用价值。方法将幽门螺杆菌性消化性溃疡患者86例分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予四联疗法治疗,对照组给予三联疗法治疗结果观察组总有效率、Hp转阴率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在幽门螺杆菌感染性消化性溃疡治疗中四联疗法的应用价值更高。
Objective To analyze the Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection in the treatment of peptic ulcer Value quadruple therapies. Methods 86 patients with H. pylori peptic ulcer divided into observation group and control group,observation group received quadruple therapy,the control group received triple therapy. Results The total efficiency,Hp negative rate with the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The value of quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection in peptic ulcer therapy is higher.
