胰岛素持续皮下注射治疗新诊断2型糖尿病1年随访的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Injection in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes During 1 Year Follow-up

目的探讨胰岛素持续皮下注射治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的疗效情况。方法选取2011年11月~2013年6月我院收治的新诊断2型糖尿病患者86例。根据不同注射治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对比各自疗效情况。结果对比发现治疗组患者优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.01。结论胰岛素持续皮下注射治疗新诊断2型糖尿病效果显著,临床治疗过程中未发现严重不良反应。

Objective To study the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection treatment the curative effect of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods To choose from November 2011 to June 2013 our hospital 86 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. The above patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the 43 cases,using different injection treatment the curative effect comparison. Results Compared with the treatment group significantly better than the control group patients,patients with has significant difference,P〈0.01. Conclusion The effect of continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,found no serious adverse reactions in the process of clinical treatment.
