替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷在冠脉介入术后治疗中的对比性研究

To Compare the Efficacy Between Ticagrelor and Clopidgrel After Surgery of Coronary Intervention

目的比较在行冠脉介入术的患者术后使用氯吡格雷和替格瑞洛治疗的疗效比较。方法选取我院收治的行冠脉介入术的患者160例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组患者术后使用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷最为抗血小板治疗方案;观察组使用阿司匹林和替格瑞洛作为抗血小板治疗方案。比较患者术后2天血小板抑制率,记录患者住院期间及出院9个月内的主要心血管事件(MACE)发生率。结果替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷相比,能有效抑制患者的血小板聚集率,并显著降低患者MACE的发生率。结论替格瑞洛在行冠脉介入术的患者术后使用的有效性、安全性更好。

Objective To compare the efficacy ticagrelor and clopidgrel on the patients after coronary intervention. Methods 160 cases patients were selected to this study. And 80 cases were treated with clopidgrel and aspirin,and other 80 cases were treated ticagerlor and aspirin. And the platelet inhibition ratio will be checked 2 days after coronary intervention. And the MACE will be compared between these 2 groups. Results Compared with clopidgrel,ticagrelorcan significantly decrease the platelet inhibition ratio and MACE incidence. Conclusion Ticagrelor had better security,effectiveness.
