中医药融入社区卫生服务的必要性和可行性再思考

Reconsiderations on the Necessity and Feasibility of the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Into Community Health Services

中医药作为国医国粹的精华所在,历史悠久,其"天人合一"、"治未病"、"辨证论治"等思想与社区卫生服务重视以人为本,以预防为先导,强调个体化治疗等理念充分吻合。在现有的基层卫生服务基础之上,更好的发挥传统中医药优势与特色,进一步增强二者的有机融合,是我国未来医疗改革的必然趋势。本文中笔者对中医药融入社区卫生服务的必要性和可行性进行了深入的再思考。

As the quintessence of Chinese culture and medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. Its thoughts of ＂oneness of man and nature＂,＂preventive treatment of disease＂,＂syndrome differentiation and treatment＂ and so on are fully matching the ideas of community health services,which emphasizing people-oriented,prevention as the forerunner and individualized treatment. Based on the existing primary health services,better play the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and further enhance the organic integration of them,is the inevitable trend of Chinese future medical reforms. In this paper,the author gives deeply reconsiderations on the necessity and feasibility of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine into community health services.
