温针灸配关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效对比分析

Clinical Curative Effect Comparative Analysis of Warm Acupuncture Combined With Joint Mobilization in Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的观察温针灸配关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法以我院2012年4月~2014年4月收治的78例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受关节松动治疗,观察组患者接受温针灸配关节松动术治疗,比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组和对照组的痊显率比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的疼痛评分、关节外展得分、关节后伸得分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论温针灸配关节松动术治疗肩周炎的效果显著,患者肩关节功能恢复更好,止痛效果更佳。

Objective To observe the curative effort of warm acupuncture combined with joint mobilization in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods The research objects were 78 patients with periarthritis of shoulder which randomly divided into observation group and control group from April 2012 to April 2014. While the control group was treated with joint mobilization,and the observation group received the treatment of warm acupuncture combined with joint mobilization. Then the curative efforts were compared. Results The difference of effective rates between observation group and control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the pain scores,joint outreach scores and joint back stretch scores of observation group were significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effort of warm acupuncture combined with joint mobilization was markedly,with better recovery of shoulder joint function and analgesic effect.
