身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型风湿性关节炎效果研究

Study on Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Blood Stasis Type of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的研究身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的气滞血瘀型风湿性关节炎患者64例,按照数字随机法随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予身痛逐瘀汤口服治疗,对照组给予秋水仙碱片口服治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率93.55%,对照组总有效率67.74%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后C-反应蛋白血沉水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据患者症状加减的身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型风湿性关节炎临床效果显著,且用药安全。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction Treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 64 ype of qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction oral treatment,the control group given colchicine tablets for oral treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The average of less than C-reactive protein,blood submerged after the treatment in the two groups before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,and the control group was 67.74%,according to the symptoms of the patients and the Shentong Zhuyu decoction Treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of rheumatoid arthritis clinical effect is remarkable,and drug safety,higher clinical value.
