芪精丹兰汤改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qijing Danlan Decoction Improved Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes

目的讨论在对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的治疗中使用芪精丹兰汤的临床效果观察。方法将我院在2014年5月~2015年5月所接收的56例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者采用回顾性研究的方法,将这56例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者分为观察组与对照组。其中观察组有30例,对照组有26例。两组所有患者同时进行饮食控制以及运动治疗,观察组中的30例患者使用芪精丹兰汤口服治疗,对照组中的26例患者使用二甲双胍治疗。经过一疗程的治疗后,对患者的空腹胰岛素数、空腹血糖数、胰岛素抵抗指数、中医症候积分以及疗效进行比较。结果对照组与观察组中的患者的空腹胰岛素数、空腹血糖数、胰岛素抵抗指数、中医症候积分均有不同程度的降低,观察组中的患者的各项指标降低更为明显。观察组中有5名患者治疗无效,对照组中有5名患者治疗无效。结论使用芪精丹兰汤来治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床效果优于使用西医药物治疗。

Objective To discuss the observation on the clinical effect of Astragalus Danlan soup in the treatment of type diabetic insulin resistance patients. Methods A retrospective study of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 was divided into observation group and control group. The observation group had 30 cases and the control group had 26 cases. All the patients in the two groups at the same time diet control and exercise therapy,observation group of 30 cases of Qijing Danlan decoction in the treatment of patients,control group of 26 patients using metformin treatment. After a course of treatment,the patient＇s fasting insulin,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,TCM syndrome integral and curative effect were compared. Results In the control group and the observation group,the patients in the fasting insulin,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,TCM symptom scores were reduced,the observation group of patients with the indicators decreased more significantly. There were 5patients in the observation group,the control group had 5 patients,the treatment is invalid. Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of Qijing Danlan decoction is better than using western medicine treatment about insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
