药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的护理干预措施及效果观察

目的药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床护理干预措施及效果进行系统探讨。方法将2014年11月~2015年5月我院收治的58例不稳定型心绞痛患者纳入研究,并随机分为研究组和对照组,每组29例;对照组在药物治疗基础上实施常规护理干预,研究组在治疗基础上给予综合性护理干预,对比分析两组临床效果。结果通过治疗和护理后,研究组总有效率达到89.7%,高于对照组的79.3%,且研究组护理满意度高于对照组,均存在差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于不稳定型心绞痛患者,在积极对症用药治疗基础上实施综合护理干预,具有良好的临床疗效,可有效改善患者生存质量。

Objective Clinical care interventions and effects of the drug in patients with unstable angina systematically would be explored. Methods From November 2014 to May 2015,58 cases of unstable angina patients admitted to our hospital included in the study were randomly divided into study group and control group 29 cases,the control group in the implementation of routine nursing intervention on the basis of drug treatment Study nursing intervention group received comprehensive treatment,based on the comparison of two clinical effect. Results Through treatment and care,the study group the total efficiency of 94.7%,significantly higher than 86.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the study group care satisfaction was higher,the difference statistics significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with unstable angina,the implementation of active symptomatic medication in treatment based on comprehensive nursing intervention,with good clinical effect,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
