摘要
目的探讨护理干预对老年心血管疾病患者抗栓治疗的作用。方法选取我院接收治疗的老年心血管疾病患者138例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各69例。结果观察组经过护理干预的患者提高了对抗栓治疗的依从性,对照组对抗血栓的依从性低于观察组,观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组。结论护理干预能有效提高老年心血管疾病患者对抗血栓治疗的依从性,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the nursing intervention for elderl patients with cardiovascular diseases the role of antithrombotic therapy Methods From receiving treatment of 138 cases of elderly patients wit cardiovascular disease,were randomly divided into control group an observation group,69 cases in each group. Results Observation group afte nursing intervention of patients with raised against suppository treatmen adherence,significantly lower than the control group against thrombu compliance group,observation group,the incidence of complication is lower than the control group. Conclusion Nursing interventio can effectively improve the old patients with cardiovascular diseas（CVD） against thrombus treatment compliance,reduce the incidence o complications.
