摘要
目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症致皮肤瘙痒的护理。方法随机将60例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者平均分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组行护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组皮肤瘙痒缓解率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流并配合护理干预可有效治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒。
Objective To explore the effect of hemodialysiscombined with hemoperfusion on skin itch and nursing care in patients with uremia.Methods We divided 60 patients with colon cancer into two groups. Control group used routine nursing,the observation group used nursing intervention.compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results The remission rate of skin itch of the observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion and nursing intervention can effectively remit skin itch.
