循证护理联合临床护理路径在儿童糖尿病中的应用效果评价

The Application Effect Evaluation of Evidence-based Nursing in Combination With Clinical Nursing Pathway in Children With Diabetes

目的分析循证护理联合临床护理路径在儿童糖尿病中的应用效果。方法选取2014年4月~2015年6月我院儿科收治的73例糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,将其分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=37）,对照组予以临床护理路径护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合循证护理,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果对照组患儿总有效率为74%低于观察组患儿总有效率为92%（χ~2=4.014,P〈0.05）,对照组护理不良事件的发生率为17%高于观察组护理不良事件的发生率3%（χ~2=4.273,P〈0.05）。结论循证护理联合临床护理路径应用于儿童糖尿病护理中,降低不良事件的发生率,提高护理满意度。

To analysis of evidence- based nursing in combination with clinical nursing path application effect in diabetes in children. Methods From April 2014 to June 2015,our hospital during the period of the records of 73 cases of pediatric diabetes as the research object,it can be divided into control group（n=35） and observation group（n=37） and control group for clinical nursing path care,observation group in the control group on the basis of evidence-based nursing,and to compare the nursing effect of two groups of children. Results Children with the control group total effective rate was 74% below the observation group with the total effective rate was 92%（χ2=4.014,P〈0.05） and control group in the incidence of nursing adverse events was 17% higher than in observation group the incidence of nursing adverse events 3%（χ2=4.273,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in combination with clinical nursing path used in childhood diabetes care,reduced the incidence of adverse events,and enhance the nursing satisfaction.
