摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务模式在神经内科住院治疗患者中的应用及效果。方法选取我院200例神经内科住院治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为100例,对照组患者仅给予住院诊疗常规护理,观察组患者则给予优质护理服务模式指导下的护理措施,比较两组患者护理服务态度满意度和神经内科病房红灯呼叫率。结果观察组护理服务态度满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),红灯呼叫率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务理念指导下的护理干预措施能提高患者对护理人员护理服务态度和护理服务方式的满意度,减少红灯呼叫率,提高护理质量水平。
Objective To explore the effect on high quality nursing service mode on reducing the red light rate in neural medical ward for neurology hospital patients. Methods 200 neurology hospital patients of nanyang central hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=100) and control group(n=100),patients in control group were given routine nursing measures,patients in observation group were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode,the satisfaction for nursing service attitude and the red light rate in neural medical ward were compared. Results The satisfaction for nursing service attitude in observation group were higher than that in control group(P〈0.05),the red light rate in neural medical ward in observation group were lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the high quality nursing service mode can improve the satisfaction for nursing service attitude and the nursing service way after specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode,it can reducing the red light rate and improve the quality of nursing.
