延续性护理对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响

Effects of Continuous Nursing on Compliance in Patient with Hypertensive Therapy

目的探讨延续性护理对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院高血压患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者均为80例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用延续性护理,出院6个月后进行问卷调查患者治疗的依从性,采用SF-36量表评定患者的生活质量情况。结果观察组的收缩压与舒张压较对照组降低(P均<0.05),治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理能够提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effects of continuous nursing on compliance in patient with hypertensive therapy. Methods We collect160 hypertensive patients and divide them into two groups randomly,each of them add up 80 persons,one group for contrast and the other for observation. Then we give just normal treatment to the contrast group and add continuous nursing to the other group. And then is the questionnaire survey on compliance in patient with hypertensive therapy 6months from their discharge. In the survey we apply SF 36 scale to evaluate life quality of these patients. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in observation group are significantly lower than patients in contrast group（P〈0.05）,the compliance of treatment and life quality of patients of observation group are better than that of contrast group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing could improve the effect of treatment and improve life quality of patient with hypertension.
