护理干预对老年高血压患者的治疗作用及预后影响观察

Effect and Prognosis of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients With Hypertension

目的观察并分析给予老年高血压患者护理干预的效果。方法将2013年7月~2014年8月在我院接受治疗的100例老年高血压患者作为此次研究的对象,分为实验组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予实验组患者全面护理干预。结果实验组患者的护理效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论给予老年高血压患者全面护理干预可有效的提高患者的治疗以及预后的效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods From July 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital,100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension as the research object,divided into experimental group（n=50） and control group（n=50）,the control group received conventional care,given the experimental group of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment and prognosis of elderly patients with hypertension.
