优质护理在急诊胃出血患者中的应用体会

The Application Experience of High Quality of Nursing i Emergency Patients With Stomach Bleeding

目的分析优质护理在急诊胃出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取胃出血患者88例作为本次研究的主要对象,将选取的患者随机分为对照组和干预组两组,各组患者44例。对照组患者接受常规护理,而干预组则进行优质护理服务。结果干预组患者的止血有效率高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊胃出血患者护理使用针对性强的优质护理可取得显著效果,可提升患者生命质量。

Objective To analysis of quality of nursing in emergency patients with stomach bleeding. Methods 88 patients with stomach bleeding as the main object of this study,the selection of two groups of patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,and 44 patients with each group. Control group patients received routine nursing care,while the intervention group carries on the quality of nursing service. Results The bleeding in patients with effective intervention group was obviously higher than that of control group,both significant difference,statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with emergency gastric hemorrhage nursing process,the use of targeted high quality nursing care can obtain significant effect,can improve patient quality of life.
