摘要
目的观察循证护理在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的临床效果。方法随机将120例急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者平均分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组行护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度、住院时间等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者有利于促进患者的快速康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction arrhythmias application. Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups. Control group used routine nursing,the observation group used nursing intervention. compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction,length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-care is helpful to promote the rapid recovery of the patients.
