摘要
目的分析老年艾滋病合并肺结核患者抗病毒治疗的护理措施。方法选取2014年1月~2015年6月我院收治的60例老年艾滋病合并肺结核患者作为观察对象,随机将其分成两组。两组患者均采取抗病毒治疗,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取整体护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性及生活质量评分。结果两组患者的治疗依从性及生活质量评分的比较结果存在差异,P〈0.05。结论对老年艾滋病合并肺结核患者采取整体护理,能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性及生活质量。
Objective Analysis of the nursing measures of elderly patient with HIV / AIDS in the treatment of antiviral therapy. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015,60 cases of elderly patients with HIV / AIDS were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups of patient were treated with anti viral treatment,the control group adopted routin nursing,the experimental group adopted the holistic nursing,the treatmen compliance and quality of life score of the two groups were compared Results There were differences in the treatment compliance and quality o life scores of the two groups of patients,P 0.05. Conclusion Integrate nursing care for elderly patients with AIDS complicated with tuberculosi can effectively improve the treatment compliance and daily living activity.
