摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在小儿腹泻护理中的临床效果。方法随机将我社区收治的120例腹泻患儿平均分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组住院天数、住院费用、护理满意度等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径可缩短患儿住院时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care on children with diarrhea. Methods We averaged 120 patients into two groups. The control group used conventional treatment,and observation group used clinical nursing pathway,compared the effect of two groups. Results The length of hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in patients can shorten the length of hospital stay.
