布拉氏酵母菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法将40例UC患者按随机数字表法均分为美沙拉嗪组(对照组)和联合用药组(治疗组)。对照组予美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组给予美沙拉嗪联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗。比较两组疗效以及治疗前后Mayo疾病活动指数评分。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%(19/20),对照组为90.0%(18/20),两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组Mayo疾病活动指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组Mayo疾病活动指数评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组Mayo疾病活动指数评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌可辅助治疗UC,布拉氏酵母菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗UC效果优于单用美沙拉嗪。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Mesalazineon for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Forty patients with UC were divided into Mesalazine group(control group) and combination group ( treatment group) by random number table.Control group was administrated Mesalazine,while treatment group was administrated Mesalazine and Saccharomyces boulardii.The efficacy and Mayo disease activity index before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.0%(19/20) and 90.0%(18/20),respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy between two groups(P〉0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in Mayo disease activity index before treatment between two groups(P〉0.05).For both groups,the Mayo disease activity indices after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was obviously more than that in the control group (P〈0.05).Treatment group obtained significantly lower Mayo disease activity index after treatment compared to control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii can be the adjunctive therapy of UC,and Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Mesalazineon is more effective in the treatment of UC compared to Mesalazineon alone.
