"大众创业、万众创新"的新时代背景下,高职院校辅导员应与时俱进、积极进取,推进高职院校创新创业教育改革。在实际工作中,高职院校辅导员应立足本职工作,注重自身创新创业能力的提升,不断创新思想政治教育的方式与方法,改进学生创新创业指导模式,引领学生将学习、科研、社会实践紧密结合在一起,增强学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。

Under the new era background of ＂ public entrepreneurship, mass innovation＂, counselors in higher vocational college should advance with the times, enterprise positively, promote higher vocational college innovation and entrepreneurship education reform. In practical work, counselors in higher vocational college should be based on their own work, pay attention to the improvement of their innovation and entrepreneurship ability, innovate ceaselessly the mode and method of ideological and political education, improve students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship guiding model, lead students to tightly integrate learning, research and social practice, enhance students＇ innovative spirit, entrepreneurship awareness and innovation ability.
