Study on Improving the Scientific Research Ability of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职教育的不断发展,科研能力已经成为展示高职院校特色及品牌的一面镜子,科研能力提升问题受到前所未有的重视。高职院校的科研定位一般以应用型研究为主,通过对导致高职院校科研工作滞后的因素进行分析,提出转变观念,树立和增强高职院校教师从事科研的自觉性;加强师资队伍培训、交流;强化培养团队合作意识,深入企业学习锻炼;提高服务社会科研能力,健全科研管理体系;约束与激励机制并举,建立科学的科研考核评价体系等措施,提高高职院校教师科研能力。

With the continuous development of higher vocational education, scientific research ability has become a mirror of the characteristics and brand of vocational colleges. The problem of improving of scientific research ability is received unprecedented attention. The orientation of scientific research in higher vocational colleges should be based on the application type. This paper analyzed the factors that influence the lagging of scientific research in higher vocational colleges, and put forward to change the concept, establish and strengthen the consciousness of scientific research in higher vocational colleges, strengthen the training, communication,strengthen the cultivation of team cooperation awareness, learn and exercise in-depth business training, improve service social scientific research ability, improve the scientific research management system, and the restraint and incentive mechanism, and promote the improvement of teachers＇ scientific research ability, establish a scientific evaluation system to improve the scientific research ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
