Discussion on digital circuit line fault detection technology

随着科技不断发展,社会经济不断进步,数字电路在各行各业有了广泛的应用。但由于设计方式,制造工艺、工作环境等原因,数字电路在使用过程中常常发生不同原因的故障,影响电路的正常运行。文章就数字电路特点出发,对在线故障检测技术对数字电路故障检测进行探讨分析。

with the continuous development of science and technology,social and economic progress,the digital circuit has wide application in all walks of life. But due to the design,manufacturing process,work environment,the digital circuit is often in the process of using different reasons for failure,affect the normal operation of the circuit. In this paper,the characteristics of digital circuits,for on-line fault detection technology for digital circuit fault detection are discussed.
