关于胜利油田人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文在简要分析人力资源管理和组织绩效的重要性的基础上,通过研究胜利油田人力资源政策对员工队伍特征以及员工队伍特征对提升组织绩效的影响路径,从理论上阐述了战略人力资源管理对组织绩效的积极影响和作用途径。最后提出基于组织绩效的战略人力资源管理对策。希望能够对胜利油田人力资源管理的长远持续发展有所帮助。
