药用植物青阳参可培养内生菌分离与多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]从云南民间药用植物青阳参的根、茎和叶中分离内生菌,并且进行初步分类鉴定,对分离出的内生菌多样性进行分析。[方法]利用平板分离法分离内生细菌和真菌,通过菌落形态、革兰染色形态观察和生理生化特征鉴定细菌,根据显微形态观察分类鉴定真菌。[结果]从植物根、茎和叶中共分离获得56株内生菌,包括22株细菌和34株内生真菌。22株内生细菌经鉴定归属于6个属,25株真菌经鉴定归属为5目7科12个属。[结论]青阳参植物内生菌存在多样性。不同部位内生菌的数量、组成与种群分布存有差异。该研究为青阳参资源的开发利用提供了理论依据。 [Objective] To study the diversity of endophyte isolated and identified from the root,stem and leaf of Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid,which is one of Yunnan'folk medicinal plant. [Method] The methods of plate cultivation was used to isolate endophytic bacteria and fungi. The bacteria was identified by the colony morphology,Gram staining,physiological and biochemical characteristics,fungi was carried out by morphology. [Result]56 strains of endophyte were isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of the plant,including 22 strains of bacteria and 34 strains of endophytic fungi. 22 strains of endophytic bacteria were identified belong to 6 genera and 25 strains of endophytic fungi belong to 12 genera,7 families and 5 orders. [Conclusion] The diversities of endophyte in Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid made obviously a great difference in quantity,composition and distribution and provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization.
