优质黑猪配套系终端父本XDHZ_2选育与配套利用

摘要 [目的]进行了黑猪配套系选育,为开发与利用湖北省地方猪品种资源恩施黑猪提供依据。[方法]选取巴克夏猪作为配套系终端父本,采用不完全群体继代选育法,通过分子生物学技术与常规育种技术相结合,进行综合选择指数辅助选择,主选生长速度ADG和达100 kg体重日龄。[结果]经过5个世代的选育,初步育成黑猪配套系终端父本专门化品系XDHZ_2。XDHZ_2初产、经产母猪的总产仔数分别为8.74和9.57头/窝,产活仔数分别为8.49和8.71头/窝,其世代进展分别为0.034、0.062和0.018、0.064。肥育期日增重为809.14 g/d,达100 kg体重日龄为169.88 d,活体背膘厚为13.68 mm,料重比2.65,其世代进展分别为10.993 g/d、-1.355 d、-0.377mm和-0.008。100 kg体重阶段屠宰率为76.73%,瘦肉率62.14%,145 kg大体重阶段IMF含量达3.66%。群体氟烷基因有害隐性基因频率为0。[结论]育成的XDHZ_2配合力好、肉质优良、适应性强,是我国地方黑猪开发的优质黑色终端父本。 [Objective] The crossbreeding set of black pig was bred for the development and utilization of local pig breeds resources Enshi Black Pig in Hubei Province. [Method]Choosing Berkshire as terminal male parent of the crossbreeding set,using incomplete group transgenerational breeding method,combining molecular biology techniques with conventional breeding technologies of breeding,comprehensive selection index auxiliary selection was made with the growth rate ADG and day-old with the weight of 100 kg as main breeding targets. [Result]After five generations' breeding,a specialized line XDHZ2 of terminal male parent of black pig was preliminarily bred. The total litter size of primiparous and multiparous sows of XDHZ2 were 8. 74 and 9. 57 heads / litter respectively,and the alive litter number was 8. 49 and 8. 71 heads / litter respectively,and their generation progresses were 0. 034,0. 062 and 0. 018,0. 064 respectively. The daily weight gain in fattening period was 809. 14 g / d,the day-old with the body weight of 100 kg was 169. 88 d,the live backfat thickness was 13. 68 mm,and the feed-weight ratio was 2. 65,and their generation progresses were 10. 993 g / d,- 1. 355 d,- 0. 377 mm and- 0. 008 respectively. The slaughter rate was 76. 73% and lean-meat proportion was 62. 14% in the growing stage with the body weight of about 100 kg. In the growing stage with the body weight of 145 kg,IMF content was 3. 66%. The population harmful recessive gene frequency of fluorine alkyl gene was 0.[Conclusion]The bred XDHZ2 with good combining abilities,fine meat quality and strong adaptability,is high quality black terminal male parent of local black pig in China.
