摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定肉苁蓉微粉中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量。[方法]采用安捷伦1260高效液相色谱仪和Waters C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 ml/min,检测波长330 nm,柱温30℃。[结果]松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷进样量分别在0.40~4.00、0.44~44.00μg范围内均与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.4%和101.3%,RSD分别为1.70%、1.52%。[结论]该方法简单可行、重现性好、精密度高、结果可靠,可用于同时测定肉苁蓉微粉中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量。
[Objective]The research aimed to establish the HPLC method for determining the content of echinacoside and acteoside from Herba Cistanche micro powder. [Method]Agilent 1260 high performance liquid chromatograph and waters C18column( 5 μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm)were adopted. The mobile phase was mixture of methanol and 0. 1% formic acid water solution gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 ml / min,the detection wavelength was 330 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃. [Result]The linear ranges of echinacoside and acteoside were 0. 40-4. 00 and 0. 44- 44. 00 μg respectively,the average recoveries were 97. 4%( RSD = 1. 7%) and 101. 3%( RSD = 1. 52%) respectively,RSD were 1. 70% and 1. 52% respectively. [Conclusion]The method was simple and feasible,good reproducibility,high precision and reliable results. It can be used as quantitative determination for the content of echinacoside and acteoside from Herba Cistanche micro powder.
