中药材白术初加工技术研究

Primarily-processed Technique for Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz

[目的]研究白术初加工技术。[方法]通过考察药材质量、操作时长等因素,比较传统与现代初加工方法的优劣。[结果]2种加工方法的药材质量均符合药典及其他相关标准,无显著差异。[结论]现代初加工方法效率高、品质均一,比传统初加工方法优。

[Objective] To study primary processing method for Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.. [Method] Through investigating factors of medicinal material quality,operation time,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and modern primary processing methods were compared. [Result] The medicinal material quality by two processing techniques both are in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia and other relevant standards,and have no significant differences. [Conclusion] The method of modern processing is more efficient and the quality is more uniform than the traditional method.
