摘要
介绍了目前国内枸杞籽采收作业现状,阐述了气流式、梳刷式、剪切式及振动式机械采收装置的工作原理及结构特点。其中着重对目前应用较为普遍的振动式采收装置的结构特点及研究现状进行了分析,并提出了一种新的适于枸杞振动采收的基于齿轮——五连杆机构的新型振动采收模式。通过对该机构的运动学分析,得到了对称双曲柄齿轮传动比及其连杆曲线运动轨迹,为进一步设计机构参数提供了方法。认为在众多振动机构中齿轮——五连杆机构具有灵活性较好,力传动平稳,振动小等特点,可根据枸杞生长情况精确地实现较为多样复杂的运动轨迹来提高枸杞成熟果实的采摘率,减少对未成熟果实和花朵的损伤。
The present situation of Lycium barbarum L. harvest in China was introduced,and the working principle and structure characteristics of the air flow,comb type,shear type and vibration type oil recovery device were described. In this paper,the structure characteristics and research status of the vibration type oil recovery device were analyzed,and a new type of vibration oil recovery method was proposed,which is suitable for the vibration of the Lycium barbarum L. By analyzing the motion of the mechanism,gear transmission ratio and the movement track of the connecting rod curve of symmetric double crank gear was obtained,which will provide method for further design of structure parameters.
