常用低毒杀虫剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊防治效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]筛选对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊安全高效的防治药剂。[方法]采用胃毒触杀法测定吡虫啉、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、辛硫磷、甲维盐、阿维菌素、虱螨脲、氟铃脲、氟啶脲、蚊蝇醚、灭蝇胺11种常用低毒药剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的毒力。[结果]噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、辛硫磷4种药剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫表现出较高的杀虫活力,对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊2龄幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为0.312、0.965、1.269和2.517 mg/L,对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊4龄幼虫的LC_(50)分别为1.354、3.268、2.916和7.725 mg/L;昆虫生长调节剂虱螨脲、氟啶脲和氟铃脲对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊4龄幼虫也表现出较高杀虫活性,LC_(50)分别为0.309、0.408和0.475 mg/L;盆栽试验和田间小区试验验证了噻虫胺、吡虫啉、辛硫磷、噻虫嗪、噻虫嗪+虱螨脲、噻虫胺+虱螨脲均对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫表现出良好的防治效果,田间防效均在93%以上。[结论]虱螨脲、氟啶脲和氟铃脲等昆虫生长调节剂和噻虫胺、噻虫嗪等新烟碱类药剂能有效防治韭菜迟眼蕈蚊,具有良好的应用前景。 [Objective] The aim was to screen out safe and efficient fungicides against B. odoriphaga. [Method]We determined toxicities of 11 kinds of commonly used low toxicity insecticides like imidacloprid,thiamethoxam,clothianidin,phoxim,emamectin benzoate,abamectin,lufenuron,chlorfluazuron,hexaflumuron,pyriproxyfen and cyromazine by the method of gastric toxicity. [Result] The clothianidin,imidacloprid,phoxim and thiamethoxam had high toxicity on B. odoriphaga larvae. The LC_(50) values of B. odoriphaga 2nd instar larvae were 0. 312,0. 965,1. 269 and 2. 517 mg / L; the LC_(50) values of B. odoriphaga 4th instar larvae were 1. 354,3. 268,2. 916 and 7. 725 mg / L. Insect growth regulator lufenuron,chlorfluazuron and hexaflumuron against B. odoriphaga 4th instar larvae also showed high insecticidal activity,and the LC_(50) were 0. 309,0. 408 and 0. 475 mg / L. The pot test and field plot the test showed that clothianidin,imidacloprid,phoxim,thiamethoxam,thiamethoxam + lufenuron and clothianidin + lufenuron of maggot had good control effect,and the control effect was above 93%. [Conclusion] Insect growth regulator like lufenuron,chlorfluazuron and hexaflumuron as well as neonicotinoid insecticides like clothianidin and thiamethoxam can effectively prevent and control B. odoriphaga,and have good application prospects.
