沼气站集中供气工程应用研究——以新余市罗坊沼气站为例

摘要 沼气作为一种生物质能源已经成为农村发展清洁能源的重要途径,国内养殖业的规模化、集中化的快速发展,为沼气工程的规模化建设提供了良好的基础。介绍了江西省正合环保工程有限公司在新余市罗坊镇建立的大型沼气站,是通过引进欧洲先进的混合原料发酵技术,并与我国实际情况相结合,提高了沼气产量;同时,将厌氧发酵过程中产生的沼渣沼液进行进一步加工成生态有机肥出售,不仅最大程度地降低了项目的运行成本,还拓展了运营的产品及销售渠道,经济效益得到显著提高。新余市罗坊沼气站实现了大型沼气工程技术与燃气输配体系技术、安全运营网络远程监控及预警体系等多项技术集成,可为沼气集中供气技术推广提供参考。 Biogas as a biomass energy has become an important way to the development of clean energy in rural areas,the rapid development of aquaculture provides a good foundation for the construction of large-scale biogas projects. Jiangxi Zhenghe Environmengtal Protection Engineering Co.,Ltd set up a large biogas station in Luofang Town Xinyu City,by introducing the advanced mixing raw materials fermentation technology,and combined with China's actual situation,improve the biogas production; At the same time,the anaerobic fermentation process of biogas manure is further processed into ecological organic fertilizer for sale,not only reduce the operation cost of the project in the greatest degree,but aslo expand the operation of products and sales channels,results in better economic benefit. Luofang biogas station in Xinyu City realize integration of large biogas engineering technology,gas transmission and distribution system technology,safety operation network remote monitoring and early warning system,which will provide reference for expansion of biogas concentrated supply.
