摘要
发酵工程是一门实践性很强的学科,在现代生物技术领域具有举足轻重的作用。对发酵工程教学中引入STS(科学、技术、社会)模式理论,提出相应的改革措施,旨在提高学生的科学技能和实践能力,以期更好地服务社会。
Fermentation engineering is a highly practical discipline,which plays an important role in the field of modern biotechnology. In order to improve the science skill and the practical ability of students,and then led to the better service of the community,STS( Science Technology Society) theory is introduced in the reform exploration for teaching of fermentation engineering and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
