摘要
《葡萄酒品尝技术》作为宁夏葡萄酒与防沙治沙职业技术学院葡萄与葡萄酒工程及其相关专业的职业能力核心课程,在人才培养过程中却面临着葡萄酒品尝技术课程无专门教材、人才培养目标与岗位(群)职业能力要求不符等一系列现实问题。笔者立足宁夏葡萄与葡萄酒产业发展实际,以及学院人才培养实际,坚持以就业为导向,全面分析与"葡萄酒品尝技术"课程相关的国家职业标准和密切相关的职业岗位(群)的职业能力,科学定位高职院校《葡萄酒品尝技术》课程教学目标,对其教学内容进行开发设计和构建,为满足葡萄与葡萄酒行业对人才的需求,提高该专业人才培养质量,进一步推动校本课程的开发与实施展开探究。
Wine Tasting Technology is a occupational ability core course in Viticulture and Enology Major of Ningxia Technical College of Wine and Desertification Prevention But in the course of talent development,facing a series of problems,such as no special teaching materials,talents training goal and job vocational capability is inconsistent,etc. This paper,based on the actual conditions of grape and wine industry in Ningxia,and the actual conditions of talent's training in college,sticking to employment-orientation,national professional standards and occupational status capacity which is closely related to Wine Tasting Technology course was comprehensively analyzed. The teaching content was designed and constructed,in order to meet the demands of grape and wine industry,improve the talent training quality,further promote school-based curriculum development and implementation.
