半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical effect of Banxia xiexin decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:探讨半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:收集我院诊断为胃食管反流病的患者96例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各48例。研究组接受半夏泻心汤,对照组接受西药治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医病证评分及治疗疗效。结果:两组治疗后中医病证评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组治疗疗效分别为100%、83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病临床疗效可靠,能明显改善患者症状。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of Banxia xiexin decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods： Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease divided into study group and control group, 48 cases in each group. Study group accepted Banxia xiexin decoction, control group received western medicine treatment. To compare TCM syndrome score and curative effect before and after treatment between two groups. Results： There had statistical signifi cance in TCM syndrome score between two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.Total efficiency rate of study group and control group were respectively 100% and 83.3%, differences had statistical signifi cance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Banxia xiexin decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can obtain reliable clinical curative effect, signifi cantly improve symptoms of patients.
