构建汉魏洛阳故城特区的思考

Reflection on Constructing the Special District Site of the Han-Wei Period Capital of Luoyang

汉魏洛阳故城是我国重要的古代都城遗址之一,是"十一五"期间国家重点保护的100处大遗址之一,是《大遗址保护"十二五"专项规划》中洛阳片区的重要遗址之一。对于汉魏洛阳故城的研究,从民国时期开始到现在已经持续将近百年时间,而随着汉魏洛阳故城被确立为国家考古遗址公园和成为世界文化遗产,对汉魏洛阳故城的研究以及管理变得更加迫切,要求也越来越高。面对这样的形势,结合全国大遗址保护的动向,通过对汉魏洛阳故城现状以及价值的分析,提出了建设汉魏洛阳故城特区的想法和具体建议。

The sites of the Han Dynasty and Wei Dynasty in Luoyang are the important ancient capital sites in China and one of 100 national key protected sites registered in ＂The Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ and an important site in Luoyang region which has been protected by the Special Plan for Protection of the Great Historic Sites in The Twelfth Five Year Plan. Research on the sites of ancient capital of Luoyang of the Hart and Wei Dynasties originated in the period of the Republic of China and has lasted for nearly a hundred years. As the capital sites of the Han and Wei Dynasties, Luoyang was ascertained to be the National Archaeological Park and included recently on the list of World Cultural Heritages, the research and management of the sites of ancient capital of Luoyang have become even more urgent and the standard for its protection has become higher and higher. Under such circumstances, this pa- per, combining the trend of protection of the national great historic sites and based on the analysis of its actual con- ditions and values, proposes the construction of the special district cite of the Han-Wei Period Capital of Luoyang and offers some detailed suggestions
