摘要 近年来血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)与骨质疏松的关系受到越来越多的关注,它不仅是一种重要的血管生长因子,更是一种骨生长因子,可以对骨代谢进行调节。一方面,VEGF能够偶联血管生成及骨生成,通过诱导新血管生成,血管侵入参与骨重建的过程;另一方面,也可以直接作用于成骨细胞及破骨细胞,作为骨代谢调节因子参与成骨细胞和破骨细胞的增生及分化,促进成骨及破骨作用。VEGF在骨质疏松中起着重要作用,也为骨质疏松的治疗提供了新的研究方向。本文就VEGF在骨质疏松中的最新研究进行综述。 The relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and osteoporosis attracts more and more attention in recent years. It is not only an important angiogenic growth factor,but also a bone growth factor,which could regulate bone metabolism. Moreover,VEGF can coupling angiogenesis and osteogenesis. By means of the induction of neovascularization,VEGF joins in bone remodeling. On the other hand,it can also acts on osteoblasts and osteoclasts directly. As a bone metabolic regulation factor,it participates in the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and then promotes osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis. VEGF plays an important role in osteoporosis and provides a new target for the treatment of osteoporosis. The function of vascular endothelial growth factor in osteoporosis is discussed in this review.
