摘要
辅导员主要负责学生思想政治教育和日常行为管理工作,但是其本质还是一个为学生服务、为教学目标服务的职业,它的特点在于服务性。本文从辅导员实践培训、自身工作学习反思、学生综合素质与能力的培养、学生思想工作的开展等方面,阐述了对高职院校工科学生如何开展思想政治教育工作。
The Counselors are mainly responsible for students ＂ideological and political education and behavior management, but its essence is an occupation for the service of students and teaching objective. It is characterized by the service. From the aspects of the Counselor practice training, reflection on their work and study, students＇ comprehensive quality and ability culti- vation and the development of students ＂ideological work, this paper describes how to carry out the ideological and political edu- cation work for the engineering students in the higher vocational colleges.
