文章对社会主义民主政治与依法治国两者间的关系展开了辩证分析与探讨,认为社会主义民主政治是依法治国的基础与目标,是实现依法治国目标的有力保障,同时也是依法治国中的关键内容。我党为更好的践行社会主义民主政治目标,不断总结实践经验,借鉴人类政治文明进程中的成果与经验,逐步实现依法治国的发展目标。

This paper makes a dialectical analysis and exploration on the dialectical relationship between Socialist democracy politics and the rule of law. It holds that socialist democracy is the foundation of the rule of law and the target,is the powerful guarantee to realize the rule of law goal,is also a key content of the rule of law. Our party will better implement the socialist democratic political objectives,unceasingly summarize practical experience,draw lessons from experience and achievements in human political civilization and gradually realize the development goal of governing the country according to law.
