自改革开放以来,民营企业在市场经济中占的比重越来越大,因此保证民营企业的良性发展对整个市场经济、企业本身乃至员工个人都有着重要的作用。民营企业主流价值观作为一种被员工所广泛接受的价值取向,对企业的发生和发展都有着重要的作用。因此根据民营企业的特点,找出影响民营企业主流价值观不自信的原因,利用社会、企业自身以及现代工具,加强企业员工对民营企业主流价值观的认可,以推动民营企业的发展。
