劳动法视域下农民工权益的保护研究

Protection of Migrant Workers' Rights and Interests under the Perspective of Labor Law

近年来来,随着我国农业生产结构的不断调整,城市化发展进程的加快,农村剩余劳动力也在不断地向城市转移,农民工群体在各个行业都发挥着重要的作用,但是关于农民工权益保护的问题却没有给予足够的关注。本文从劳动法视域下的农民工权益保护出发,针对农民工权益保护中存在的问题,找到原因从而提出相应的解决对策。

With the continuous adjustment of the agricultural production structure,the rural surplus labor force is constantly shifting to the cities. But the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers has not been concerned. This paper is aimed at the problems in the protection of migrant workers＇ rights and interests,finding the reasons and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.
