完善与推进行政执法与刑事司法的衔接——以河南省郑州市为例

Research on the Connection between Administrative Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice——In Zhengzhou City of Henan Province as an Example

近些年,我国不断地在推进行政执法与刑事司法的衔接工作,并做出了一些具体规定,为涉嫌犯罪的案件及时脱离行政执法程序进入刑事司法程序提供了法规依据,但由于缺乏对这一工作的统一立法,我国不同地区对此项工作的做法也不尽相同,本文以河南省郑州市为调研范围,着力研究此地区在推进行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作过程中的具体做法及存在的问题,以期提出改进的建议,促进该工作的完善。

In recent years,our country in promoting the administrative law enforcement and criminal justice,and make some specific provisions for the alleged crimes of the criminal procedure law,but due to lack of unified legislation,our country different regions of this work is not the same,this paper focuses on the study of the area in the administrative law enforcement and criminal justice in the process of the specific practices and problems,with a view to put forward suggestions to improve the work.
