现代远程教育校外学习中心服务质量影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Service Quality of Outside College Learning Center in the Modern Distance Education

校外学习中心是现代远程教育开展服务的重要机构,是实现远程教育质量的重要保障。现代远程教育校外学习中心是否能够提供高质量的服务直接影响到远程教育的教学水平。当前,我国部分校外学习中心服务体系中不可避免的存在一些问题,正确地面对并解决这些问题,促进远程教育校外学习中心服务质量的提高,将有利于我国现代远程教育的长期稳定发展。本文笔者将以现代远程教育学习中心服务体系为研究重点,为促进现代远程教育校外学习中心服务工作水平和质量的提高提供充足的理论依据和实践借鉴。

The outside college learning center is an important mechanism for the development of modern distance education,and it is an important guarantee for the quality of distance education. Outside school learning center of modern distance education is able to provide high quality service that directly affects the teaching level of distance education. At present,there are some problems in the service system of the outside college learning center in our country,and it is beneficial to the long- term stable development of modern distance education in China. In this paper,the author will focus on the study of modern distance education learning center service system and provide sufficient theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the service level and quality of modern distance education.
