摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血小板表面纤维蛋白原结合位点(PAC-1)、膜糖蛋白P-选择素(CD62P)、GPⅡb/Ⅲa(CD41a)和GPⅠb/Ⅸ(CD42b)的变化及临床意义。方法用流式细胞术(FCM)观察46例T2DM患者及30例正常人PAC-1、CD62P、CD41a和CD42b表达。结果 T2DM患者PAC-1、CD62P、CD41a异常增高(P<0.01),CD42b降低(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者伴有血小板活化,易导致血栓的形成。
Objective To evaluate the changes of PAC-1,CD6P,CD41a and CD42b on platelets in patients with Type 2 Diabetes( T2DM). Methods Flowcytometry was used to investigate the difference of platelet surface membrane glycoproteins PAC-1,CD62P,CD41a and CD42b expression on 46 patients with T2DM and 30 healthy individuals. Results PAC-1,CD62P and CD41a,which are the markers of platelet activation in patients with T2DM,were obviously abnormal increase( P〈0. 01),while CD42b was significant decrease( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Patients with T2DM had actively platelet,which easily led to the formation of thrombus.
