高校辅导员心理健康状况及对策分析——基于浙江省2231名辅导员的实证调查

Analysis of Status Quo of and Solutions to Mental Health of College and University Counselors: Empirical Investigation into 2231 Counselors in Zhejiang Province

高校辅导员是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,这支队伍素质的高低、工作状态的好坏,直接影响高校思想政治教育的育人效果和人才培养质量。笔者用SCL-90量表,对浙江省56所高校辅导员的心理健康水平进行调查,统计发现:被调查对象的心理健康水平整体情况良好,不同性别的辅导员在人际敏感、偏执、精神病性三个因子上得分差异显著;是否已婚辅导员在躯体化和敌对两个因子得分上有显著差异;不同职务、不同工作年限的辅导员除人际敏感和精神病性外的因子得分均有显著差异;所带学生数不同的辅导员,除恐怖因子外,其它因子得分均存在显著差异。在此基础上,文章最后提出了提升高校辅导员心理健康水平的相应的对策措施。

College counselors are the backbones of carrying out the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The quality of this team and the good conditions they are in while working will directly influence the outcomes and quality of talent education of ideological and political education. We used SCL-90 scale to investigate the mental health of counselors in 56 colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,and the following are findings： the overall mental health of participants is good; different genders＇ scores differ significantly in factors of interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid and psychotic; the scores of being married or not in factors of somatization and hostility differ significantly; except for interpersonal sensitivity and psychotic,counselors of different positions and with different working experience score significantly differently in other factors; except for fright,counselors with different numbers of students score significantly differently in other factors. Based on the above findings,this paper then proposes countermeasures to enhancing the mental health of college and university counselors.
