摘要
学习者的生产能力和创新能力形成,需要经过技术能力发展阶梯,每上一个台阶都是个体技术能力的一次跃进。基于这样的技术认识论,构建了高职院校"分层递进,理实交替"人才培养模式,即"分层递进"式人才培养体系、"阶梯式"实践教学体系、"教、学、做"三位一体"理实交替"的教学模式。同时,提出了实施该模式,应该解决的几个关键问题。
The formation of learners' production and innovation ability need through technology devel-opment step,every step is a leap of individual technical capacity.Based on the theory of technology,the construction of training mode of talents called "the layered and progressive,the alternation of physical and reality",that is,the "progressive" type of personnel training system, the "ladder" type of practical teaching system, the teaching mode of the alternation of physical and reality, such as "teaching, learning and doing". At the same time, several key issues that should be solved in the implementation of this model are proposed.
