The Performance Evaluation of 2014 Tianjin Science and Technology Popularization Activities

随着《天津市"十二五"科学技术普及工作发展纲要》的全面实施,科普活动绩效评价的重要性逐步显现。在对已有文献梳理和总结的基础上,从科普活动的基本概念和内涵出发,结合科普效果评价的发展阶段、发展层次和天津市科普活动的开展实际,研究制定了科普活动绩效评价指标体系、评价方法和指标权重,并采集2013年全国科普活动统计数据开展绩效评价。数据显示,北京、上海和天津位列三甲。该评价结果与2015年中国科协第九次中国公民科学素质抽样调查结果基本一致,在一定程度上验证了评价指标体系的科学性、客观性和合理性。

With the implementation of the Science Popularization Work Development Outline of Tianjin during the 12th Five-Year Period, the importance of performance evaluation of science activities gradually revealed. Based on a review of existing literatures and summaries and the basic connotation of science popularization activities, a performance evaluation index system, different evaluation methods and index weights were worked out combining with the development stage of science popularization activities and the implemention status in Tianjin. In addition, status of national science activities in 2013 was collected and an evaluation was carded out. Data shows that Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin ranked the top three of the nation. The evaluation results are consistent with the Ninth China Civic Scientific Literacy Sample Survey by CAST in 2015.
